Chris Gabriel represents a wide variety of clients in labor negotiations, grievance and interest arbitration, representation before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the State Civil Service Commission, and before the state and federal courts. Chris represents clients as County, Municipal Authority, or Municipal Solicitor. Chris is available to serve as arbitrator and/or mediator of labor and employment cases.

Chris is known for his personal dedication to his clients and for his ability to navigate disputes between labor and management to a favorable conclusion, accepted by all parties. He understands that they expect responsiveness and dedicated focus on their issues and he has worked for many years to build those values into a long-term client base. He is committed to having every new client receive that same level of service.

Chris earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to law school Chris attended St. Vincent College and earned his B.A. in American History. During that time Chris also served in the Pennsylvania National Guard in the 1/107th Field Artillery. He went on to graduate school at Duquesne University, earning an M.A. in American History.

Chris is also a pilot with several hundred hours of flight time in Cessna, Diamond, and Piper Airplanes.
