Tim Miller is a partner with Gabriel Fera practicing in the areas of municipal, employment, and labor law. Attorney Miller is licensed to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Miller attended Duquesne University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2012. Attorney Miller currently serves as Solicitor for Armstrong County, Gilpin Township, Bethel Township, the Armstrong County Prison Board and the New Florence St. Clair Township Sanitary Authority. Attorney Miller was the 2019 recipient of the Westmoreland Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. Attorney Miller previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Armstrong County District Attorney’s Office.
