With nearly a decade and a half of litigation experience, Robert Vernon counsels and represents clients at all stages of the employment process. Rob assists clients in developing employment policies and practices, negotiating contracts, investigating employee misconduct, employee discipline and grievances, and termination. Should a matter proceed to litigation, Rob has represented clients before both state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and related state and local human relations commissions, the Department of Labor, OSHA, the National and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, and federal and state courts throughout the country.
Rob recognizes that clients have unique needs and circumstances and strives to work with his clients to find practical solutions to their legal matters. Whether it's "bet the company" litigation, providing guidance on recent developments in labor and employment law, to managing a successful workforce, Rob will work to develop a solution that fits client circumstances while obtaining the desired result.

Rob earned his law degree from Notre Dame Law School. Rob attended The College of William and Mary, where he earned his B.A. in Government and Religious Studies. Before joining Gabriel Fera, Rob worked at both multinational and boutique law firms, representing clients ranging from multinational corporations to privately-owned small businesses to government entities.
