Kaine Spitak, an associate attorney at Gabriel Fera PC, practices civil litigation, labor and employment, and municipal law. With a background in federal litigation and regulatory compliance, Kaine enjoys approaching complex legal issues holistically and creatively to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

 

While in law school, Kaine held a variety of leadership roles in law student organizations, such as serving on the Dean’s Diversity Action Council and as President of the Lambda Law Society. Kaine was also an active participant in the Federal Litigation Clinic at Duquesne School of Law, where she presented an oral argument to the Third Circuit on a pro-bono federal habeas appeal. Upon completion of the Clinic, Kaine was hired as the Student Manager for the clinic, and she continued to oversee the clinic’s representation of incarcerated persons within the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Before law school, Kaine graduated from Chatham University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics and a minor in Japanese.

 

As a downtown Pittsburgh resident, Kaine enjoys going to numerous events in the Cultural District, including events such as Picklesburgh and VegFest. Kaine also enjoys learning languages, digital art, and spending time with friends.
